Editing 25/03/11
In our double lesson today we had to make final changes to our whole production.
We changed the spelling that we had made mistakes on and also made all the digi-pak photos the same size, this was a lengthy task but we managed to do it. We also needed to put a black boarder around our photos.
However we did hit a few troubles because one of our photos didn't end up on Charlotte's stick, so we had to rush to change this and we didn't have the correct laptop so this took some time to get it right but luckily we managed it.
And once this was done we could finally say we had finished.

Focus group
I showed the same 5 people I did before so I didnt have to explain our project again, our ancillary tasks to get there feedback.

Chelle
Aimee was especially impressed with how professional it looked and her favourite was the magazine advert and we agreed that it would fit more in a magazine like MORE or Cosmo possibly.

ChelleOver all they were all impressed by what we have achieved, I showed them the class feedback from each of them and they agreed with what was said and think the minor changes have helped! They all said its not perfect but they definately get the feel we were going for and if it was to be created for real they know it will look great!

They all liked the font as it differed from the ordinary but Chelle and Sophia both said they would change the colours up but they see why we did it but they would have chosen something more striking and maybe made the font a bit bigger.

Digi-pak feedback 18/3/11
We presented our digi-pak today and we received a range of feedback.
Overall the feedback we got were that people like the images we used throughout out digi-pak and went with the conventions of a girl band and it was clear what image we wanted to create.
Sadly in our text we had a few spelling mistakes, but this is the only negative criticism for this. the font was well received and people like the way it looked and that it was different from the normal. The colour scheme we used also was liked by all and went with what we were wearing in our photos.
Referring to the layout the text fitted well and people like the text in the bios against the trees as it doesn't draw the attention away from us. However the picture size and shapes weren't all the same so this needs to be looked over and changed.
Our digi-pak focused on our audience well and gives us a real girl band image and our clothes help us to do this and we were all co-ordinated well. This includes the poses and over all look from the photos. The photos looked glamorous and this gave us exactly the look we wanted.
Our class thought our photos looked professional and used the sun and natural light to our advantage and the images look crisp. However we need to improve the shaping of the images and make them all the same size to make it look more like a digi-pak.
